Message from the City Manager, Sean Quinn

I am pleased to present the approved 2009/10 Budget and Ten-Year Financial Plan. Fairfield has a tradition of long-range financial planning, which has been invaluable in helping us deal with challenging financial times. This budget provides a financial education for the reader; it covers our budget goals, policies and history, describes all revenue sources and department functions, and forecasts budgets by fund and department through fiscal year 2016/17.
